We work with organic cotton, recycled materials, and more — always seeking the sweet spot between comfort, durability, and sustainability.

How do I pick my size?

Each product page has its own size guide.
If you’re between sizes or unsure, message us — we’ll help you out.
You can also check reviews from other members of the Ipoxic community who love sharing their experience.

Will sold out items come back?

Some collections are limited, but if we restock something, you’ll hear it first on our socials and newsletter.

Exchanges & Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes! If it’s not quite right or not your size, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return.
 Just make sure it’s unused, with tags, and in perfect condition. (We’re sure you’ll love it, but just in case)

How do I request a return or exchange?

1. Email us at hello@ipoxic.com with your order number and reason.
2. We’ll send you return instructions and the shipping label.
3. Once we receive your item, we’ll issue your refund or send you the new size/color you requested.

Do I have to pay for the return?

Returns within Spain are free.
For international returns, the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless it’s our mistake or a product defect.
