Where do you ship to?

We ship to most places around the world.
If your country isn’t listed, message us — we might be able to work some magic and get it to you.

How long does shipping take?

It depends on where you are:

  • Domestic shipping (Spain): 3–5 business days
  • International shipping: 6–10 business days
  • You’ll get a tracking number by email so you can follow your order at all times

How much does shipping cost?

  • Standard shipping: €3.90 (mainland), €6.90 (Balearic Islands), €8–15 (Canary Islands)
  • Express shipping: €6–12
  • Free shipping on orders over €100

We’d love to swim it to you ourselves, but for now, we work with trusted carriers to make sure your order arrives quickly and safely.

Standard shipping:

  • Mainland: 2–4 business days
  • Balearic Islands: 3–5 business days

  • Cost:
    • Orders under €100 → €3.90 (Balearic: €6.90)
    • Orders over €100 → Free shipping!

Need it fast? Try express shipping:

  • Delivered in 24h (business days only)
  • Order before 11:00 AM to receive it next day
  • Orders placed later may arrive a day later

Shipping to Canary Islands:

  • Delivery time: 10–12 business days
  • Orders over €150 may be subject to local taxes/duties
  • Don’t forget to include your ID number at checkout!

International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally!

Take Ipoxic with you wherever you are.

Standard international shipping:

  • Europe: 4–6 business days
  • Rest of the world: 6–10 business days
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your country.

Free shipping on orders over €200
Customs & Duties.

If you’re outside the EU, your order may be subject to import taxes or duties.

Ipoxic covers shipping, but we’re not responsible for local customs charges — these are the buyer’s responsibility.

Special Notes for US, UK, Switzerland & Mexico

We offer two delivery options:

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

  • Shipping + duties + taxes included in final price
  • No surprises when your package arrives

DAP (Delivered At Place)

  • Shipping cost included, but not duties or taxes
  • You may need to pay extra charges at customs

You can choose between DDP or DAP at checkout.

If you choose DAP, Ipoxic is not responsible for any customs delays or charges.

Mexico:
Orders are limited to 10 items per shipment due to local regulations.

We currently do not ship to:
Belarus, Guatemala, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Mauritius, Moldova, Nigeria, New Zealand, French Polynesia, Serbia, South Africa, Ukraine, or Israel.

Exchanges & Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes! If it’s not quite right or not your size, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return.
 Just make sure it’s unused, with tags, and in perfect condition. (We’re sure you’ll love it, but just in case)

How do I request a return or exchange?

  1. Email us at hello@ipoxic.com with your order number and reason.
  2. We’ll send you return instructions and the shipping label.
  3. Once we receive your item, we’ll issue your refund or send you the new size/color you requested.

Do I have to pay for the return?

Returns within Spain are free.
For international returns, the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless it’s our mistake or a product defect.
